Askham Village Community abides by the principles espoused by The National Council for Palliative Care and we work alongside the ‘National End of Life Care Programme (England)’ – an NHS initiative.

We aim to improve end-of-life care by implementing the Department of Health’s End of Life Care Strategy. Our experienced, dedicated and trained staff recognise the sensitivity and delicate care needs for those nearing end of life.
