On site training

Our on site training centre provides bespoke training to our staff as well as to any member of the public or local community who wishes to develop themselves.

Staff training

All staff are encouraged to participate in training above and beyond the mandatory training that all social care staff undertake. This could include qualifications as well as specialist training.

 Learning themes

Every month we have a learning theme and all staff are encouraged to share their knowledge. Every month the winner of the quiz wins a £25 voucher and a certificate that is shared on our internal communication platform, Yapster, so that everyone can congratulate them!
